It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story? How did you get to where you are today?
First thing first, I had a typical childhood. Exceptional parents who made everything easy for me. Wonderful group of close friends and a lot of trial and error that taught me to have faith in myself, in my destiny, and in my capacity to recover from almost any situation.
I became an entrepreneur at the early age of 21 after dropping college; the entrepreneur gene is deep-rooted in my DNA.
For me, a 9-5 job was not an acceptable outcome. On my journey, I have discovered and nurtured my enthusiasm for technology in the same way as my profound passion for human behavior. Because high performance and therefore success starts in the individual’s mind, emotions, and beliefs.
My biggest learning since starting this journey: It all starts with a big huge “why”. When people break through learned boundaries, great things happen. This conviction and a great curiosity helped me succeed in building 4 companies, teams, structures, and processes. I am convinced that entrepreneurship and business are the backbones of our society. I am thrilled to live in this wonderful time of exponential technological growth and opportunities.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
From the outside, success often seems like a straight line or a highway, which is misleading. Because instead, it is a long road full of detours and dead ends, full of defeats and mistakes. I started life as an introverted child. I often felt misunderstood and invisible. I lacked a deep connection with other people because small talk is something I could not and still cannot do. To conceal this weakness, I had decided to quickly make a steep career as a leader and entrepreneur. On the surface, this worked very well. I was successful. With a lot of ambition and ego, I concealed insecurity and a lack of perspective.
Long story short: when I was 18 years old I was already committed to becoming an entrepreneur, to building a business. But the social pressure made me go to college where I learned zero things except maybe drinking beers and clubbing. During my time in college, I started thinking about the big idea, the invention that is going to allow me to become the next Zuckerberg. I tried one or two ventures that went horrible and college was a dead-end for me. But luckily I learned a few things: school wasn’t the solution; I should stop trying to reinvent the wheel; I should stop talking about my projects and finally I needed to learn marketing and sales.
After college, I invested in myself, studied with granularity what successful businesses were doing, learned everything I could learn from industry titans. After a few months, I was finally ready to crush it. I launched a few eCommerce businesses, invested a few grands without any success. I was about to quit and go find a 9-5, but luckily for me, my last attempt succeeded. What a relief. Since then I continued investing in myself, learning from the best of the best, and built 3 successful eCommerce brands.
Fast forward to today, I am an expert in business growth through customer acquisition and I help real estate professionals (realtors, developers & investors) build A-level customer acquisition systems without cold calling, cold emailing nor door to door prospecting
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
As I already mentioned I am a ninja in business growth through ultra-aggressive customer acquisition. I took all the learnings I acquired through 3 years of trial and error in the eCommerce industry and right now I am using it to help all real estate professionals.
Customer acquisition is the X factor in all industries. As you may know, whoever is willing to invest more in acquiring a customer, wins. And the truth is I always win because of my background.
The real estate market isn’t sophisticated and often people tend to ignore the laws that apply to human interactions. They try to make the sale in the first interaction. It is like going to a bar, targeting beautiful women, and asking them to marry you on the first date. It is complete nonsense. People realize how silly it is in day-to-day human interaction but forget those laws when it is business-related.
Once you understand that business is subject to the same laws & principles as the ones of every Human To Human interaction, all your business changes. And my job as a business growth advisor is to create systems that follow the principles of a healthy relationship.
Once you do this, and you combine it with an irresistible offer, you will crush your competition which will start wondering where the heck are you coming from. You will simply have an unfair advantage and you won’t play in the same league as the other anymore. You will become the Alpha player in your market.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
There is no one size fits all advice I can give you:
Learn from the experiences of others, emulate them but don’t let them make you doubt your strengths. I am sure you have some. We all have. Leverage them and have faith in your ability to overcome any obstacles. Allow yourself to fail as many times as needed. You only need to get it right once.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
For me, success means freedom, the ability to decide my destiny. To choose the outcomes I want. Success also means contributing to society, giving back to society, to my family and country as much as I received from them. And more importantly, for me success means growth. I firmly believe that as human beings we have to grow. If we don’t grow we die.
It is the universal law of the universe. So the real question is what growth means for me? I guess it implies consistently developing and nurturing my mindset, body, finances, relationships, spirituality, and consciousness.
What’s next for you?
Up to this moment, my businesses were focused on the English-speaking market. Now We are shifting the marketing agency toward the French market and we are committed to becoming the #1 before the end of 2022. We are already having amazing results, we are bringing real value to businesses there & we are all growing together hand in hand.
As you already know, the pandemic has changed dramatically our world but it has also created a ton of opportunities for savvy entrepreneurs. Because of lockdowns, small businesses are in desperate need of customers, and we will be here to continue sending them as many as they want while giving them an unfair advantage. This is our way to contribute, we will keep saving business, saving employees and their families
