Arrests

Raul Barahona, of Chatham Street, was arrested on warrant charges for a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, three counts of threat to commit a crime, false identification information, assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery at 1:39 a.m. Saturday.

Kristin Hiett was arrested on warrant charges for disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.

David McKenna, of Willow Street, was arrested on a warrant charge for receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 7:13 a.m. Saturday.

Nathan Caron, of Warren Street, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug and on warrant charges for larceny over $1,200, breaking and entering for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, possession of a Class A drug, and two counts of larceny under $1,200 at 2:56 p.m. Saturday.

Jose Paulino Bonifacio, 23, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, speeding, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 5:20 a.m. Sunday.

John Simonelli, 40, was arrested for shoplifting by asportation at 5:13 p.m. Friday at Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Shoplifting

A loss prevention officer reported that a shoplifting occurred at around 2:00 p.m. Thursday at a Sephora at 210S Andover St. and approximately $1,100 worth of merchandise was taken.

Summons

Tuliomiguel Nascimento, 24, was summonsed for attaching plates at 8:36 a.m. Thursday at 11 Pound Lane at 11 Andover St.

Anderson Araujo Ferreira, 20, was summonsed for attaching plates at 11:27 a.m. Thursday at 5 Elm Street at 6 Elm Place. 

Rene Pascual, 65, will be summonsed for a past assault. 

Ilma Da Cruz Piovani, 58, of Marlborough, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 8:55 p.m. Thursday at 42 Washington St.

Ray Amezquita, 48, of Chelsea, will be summonsed for the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. 

Debora Oliveira, 29, of Peabody, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Maria Lopez-Romero, 30, of Lynn, and Seyner Nolasco, 26, of Lynn, were both summonsed for shoplifting and obstruction of justice at 3:27 p.m. Friday at Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Suspicious Activity

A walk-in report of mother getting charged over $30,000 at a mall kiosk at 12:36 p.m. Friday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St.
