Arrests

Daniel Soares Pereira, 32, of Glendale Street, Everett, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, and a motor vehicle lights violation at 1:58 a.m. Sunday at 204 Washington St. 

Emily Loreen Blaney, 23, of Manning Road, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 11:37 p.m. Sunday in Wilson Square. 

Summons

Joshua R. Doucette, 32, of Lynn Street, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 12:59 p.m. Sunday at 18 Lynn St. 

Angel Orlando Rodriguez Del Jesus, 27, of Charles Street, Danvers, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A caller reported her father had been involved in a hit-and-run crash at 12:14 p.m. Sunday at 155R Washington St. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 1:49 p.m. Sunday at Hop & Grind, 210H Andover St.; at 8:11 p.m. Sunday at Lowell Street and Stockton Road. 

Suspicious

A report of a party sleeping in a motor vehicle at 8:51 a.m. Sunday at the Welch School, 50 Swampscott Ave. 

A report of a naked man walking in and out of the lobby to his motor vehicle at 11:09 a.m. at Springhill Suites, 43 Newbury St. An officer reported the man was wearing light skin shorts under a dark jacket and the call was the result of a misunderstanding. 

A caller reported a vehicle parked across from his residence for several days unmoved and was concerned the vehicle had been abandoned at 7:21 p.m. at 82 Franklin St. 

Thefts

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 10:53 a.m. Sunday at 19 Joy Road. 

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 3:40 p.m. Sunday at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, 485 Lowell St. Caller reported credit cards missing from his wallet, which was in his car during the period the cards went missing.
