A report of a motor vehicle collision with injuries at 1:41 p.m. Wednesday in the area of CVS Pharmacy, 1075 Broadway. One person was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 4:43 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 19 Salem Turnpike; at 7:10 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton Street and Lincoln Avenue; at 8:31 a.m. Thursday in the area of 74 Saville St.

Bylaw Violation

An employee reported a large amount of tires dumped behind a building and an outside electrical panel appeared to have been tampered with at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday at Harbor Freight Tools, 682 Broadway. A dispatched officer reported a U-Haul box truck dumped the tires at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday night and he will be responding to Sunoco to review footage. 

Suspicious

A caller reported a silver sedan parked sideways that appeared to be involved in an accident at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday at 5 Jefferson Ave. The owner told police they were waiting for a tow truck for a previous accident. 

Theft

A walk-in report of identity fraud at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday at 12 Midland Ave.
