Arrests

Marcelo Dias Da Silva, 41, of Vermont Avenue, Lynn, was arrested and charged with speeding, a marked lanes violation, failure to signal, and a charge stemming from an other department warrant at 10:27 a.m. Saturday at 205 Newbury St. 

Pedro J. Velazquez, 36, of Estes Street, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense, refusing to identify as the operator of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle, selling drug paraphernalia to a minor, and a charge stemming from an other department warrant at 8:06 p.m. Saturday at County Street and Cherwick Road. 

Summons

Dakota Lee Agnew, 22, of Washington Street, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle at 1:44 a.m. Saturday at Foster and Church streets.

Nicholas Brian Porter, 20, of Lynn Street, will be summonsed to court for leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at 3:53 a.m. Saturday at 13 Lynn St.

Disturbance

A gas station clerk reported a customer giving the cashier a hard time at 8:24 a.m. Saturday at Stop and Shop, 19 Howley St. 

A caller reported an issue with a landlord at 2:15 p.m. Saturday at 70 Margin St. The incident was a verbal dispute over deposit money. 

A report of a loud party at 10:06 p.m. Saturday at 25H Shore Drive. Caller reported the party quieted down and a response was no longer needed. 

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 9:42 a.m. Saturday on Fulton Street. 

Suspicious

A party called to report being suspicious of a male party walking around with a flashlight at 11:33 p.m. Saturday at Lindauer Street. It turned out the man was part of a search party looking for their lost cat and no response was required. 

Thefts

A report of fraud at 8:55 a.m. Saturday at 29 Clark Road; at 3:12 p.m. Saturday at Trader Joe’s, 300 Andover St. 

A report of larceny at 12:17 p.m. Saturday at 45 Dexter St.; at 9:47 p.m. Saturday at 1423 Crane Brook Way.
