Ajax are interested in re-signing Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek, according to The Sun.
The Netherlands international has experienced a difficult three-year spell with the Red Devils. He has registered two goals and two assists from 60 games.
United are now prepared to move on from him, and The Sun claim that Ajax could be interested in re-signing the 26-year-old on a season-long loan.
As things stand, the Red Devils prefer to either sell or loan him out with an obligation to buy, but their conditions could change in the coming days.
Real Sociedad were recently exploring a deal for the versatile midfielder, but they have now turned their attention to signing Arsen Zakharyan.
Crystal Palace and West Ham United have been admirers of Van de Beek in the past, but they are no longer interested in landing his signature.
United bought Van de Beek from Ajax for £35m nearly three years ago. They are now willing to sell him for a modest fee of around £13m.
